Waiting Prepares You For Greater Things

In this blog:
Waiting Prepares You For Greater Things
Update

Are you waiting on the Lord for a promise to come to pass? A divine desire to be fulfilled? A God purpose longing to happen?
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
Often in our walks with the Lord, we are about waiting on Him. Waiting isn't passive or even sitting idle. Waiting is actively trusting God, decreeing and declaring His Word and contending, fighting, warring for those promises to manifest. It is a time of building our spiritual muscle. Its gaining in spiritual strength and wisdom so we can truly steward the promise when it comes.

Don't let delay discourage you. Be encouraged that God is doing an even greater and deeper work in you so you can do even greater things than He. John 14:12. This means He has faith in you and is preparing you for amazing things!!
What are you waiting‬ for?? What are you waiting on?? Are you ready to soar? Let your wait be active and productive in growing deeper in the Lord. Don't give up and dont get discouraged. His timing is perfect. And....when the wait is over suddenly you will be AMAZED and blown away by His faithfulness!

Update:

My blood pressure has been fairly stable with just a few spikes.  I've been taking an old fashioned remedy we all know as Baking Soda.  Sodium Bicarbonate was often used to lower blood pressure back in the day.  I am still waiting for the doctor to read my medical records I gave him almost a month ago.  I wait patiently, trusting God. My health is still very much a challenge... sleepless nights or limited sleep has taken over again.  God continues to reassure me healing is coming.  Recently He gave me a word in my quiet time with Him letting me know what to watch for to know that He has touched my body and brought healing.  I'm excited for that day!!!

Ken is still working at Dollar General.  It is only 3 days a week with no hope for more hours.  We are continuing to trust God for provision and/or open doors for other work.  In the natural, we need a miracle pretty darn soon.

We continue to lead a small group in our home on Thursday nights.  It has been a time of growing and going deeper with a good group of people.  We also have had many opportunities to minister in our home church and Ken in the workplace.

We are staying the course towards our 501c3 paperwork.  Lots to be done and it is stretching us both.   We are thankful for folks we know in KC who are helping us with some of this!  We are continuing to stand in faith, decreeing and believing for the provision for the vision for Sonlit Fields.  The property we are interested in is off the market.  If this is the one (and we think so but are open handed), we are trusting God to make a way!

Bless YOU.  Thank you for caring for us, praying for us and standing with us!  If there is anything you need prayer for, please let us know.  We are happy to!!!

If you have been blessed by this ministry or feel led to support what God is doing through us - financially, below are a few options.  Your generosity and your prayer support is greatly appreciated and needed as we continue to walk in faith and God's calling.

God Bless YOU -
