Ephesians 3:20 The Message
At the beginning of January, I sat down with the Lord and asked Him, "What word can you give me to hold onto this year or preferably this month? What do you want to speak to me Lord? I am listening?
His answer:
Surprises! Get ready for surprises!!!
I have seen several others posting similar words.
This is a year of BREAKTHROUGH and RESTORATION... press in for all God has for you -- no matter what you are facing right now... no matter what the circumstances, you will find your place to stand... this is a year of great surprises and blessings for you.
Remember that there is a testimony to be produced in every test and a message to come forth from every mess.
Just feeling the excitement of heaven over the new beginnings we are entering and the warmth and affection of our Papa's heart towards us all. This is the year you pinch yourself and say "is this really happening to me?" - because it is so good and so destiny laden. For some of you, this after some unpleasant "is this really happening to me?" situations from the last couple of months. As we enter this unbelievably fruitful season with endless possibilities there is one plea from the heart of your doting Papa. Please forgive everyone and please become unoffendable. It is literally almost the only thing that can ruin your year- and your destiny. Let everyone off the hook and it releases everything He wants to give you.
So, we are in high expectation and ready mode!
We have had many prophetic words (from strangers) that are quite amazing. So... we continue to wait & contend for God to do what He wants to do!
Prayer Updates
-Ken applied for work at a local office here, interviewed and even worked 3 hours to get a feel for it. We are awaiting their decision which should be by month end. We desperately need some income!

-My sleep has been horrific - something has to give soon. God is sustaining me, but it is very difficult. I truly believe my healing breakthrough is coming as well.....when He launches us fully into our purpose, call and destiny. Also wrenched my back again, had 2 adjustments and still not good.
-We are doing a "spring cleaning" of all our things in storage/someone's basement here. We are putting many things up for sale to raise funds to pay our bills, throwing things out that we wonder why we packed and also things we want to give away and bless others in need. Please pray for my stamina and Ken's as this is a huge undertaking. We will be unpacking and repacking every box! We have over 2000 sq ft of boxes and furniture, floor to ceiling to go through!

Vision
God has given us a vision to build a retreat property along with ministry equipping center.
The retreat portion of our ministry is to provide a safe place for pastors, lay leaders & other ministry folks to come and be refreshed & encouraged through prophetic ministry (if wanted). We will offer 30-50 private cabins with kitchens & full bathrooms, screened in porches and plenty of places to roam on the property to get quiet with the Lord.
We will offer other specialty retreats - marriage, healing, prophetic teaching & activating, health and wellness retreats and more.
The Lord has graced us with the desire to come alongside the Church - to bring healing, deliverance & freedom to new/newer believers. We are not wanting to replace their church, but more help them be ready to serve in their church.
In our community building - we will have a 24/7 (eventually) prayer room, healing & prophetic rooms and a place for community worship services for those on the property.
Our passion is to minister to a lost & hurting world. To equip the saints to do the same and to be a blessing to our community and surrounding areas. Our hopes are that we can pour out God's love in a mighty way to bring more and more into the Kingdom, get them discipled, called into their purpose & destiny and released to do God's business!!!! We also have a passion to give generously to help those in need and to help others launch into their God given destinies.
