Springboard & Launch

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for.  Hebrews 11:1-2

We all know FAITH is what pleases God!

Without faith, it's impossible to please God!  Hebrews 11:6

We have this plaque that we used to have out on the fireplace mantle and it said "Faith is not believing that God can, it is KNOWING that He will".  This quote may seem a little over confident or even prideful in some ways.  But if you put your confidence in God doing the impossible verses your own self confidence, that may change the perspective on how you hear that.

In January, as I previously blogged, God spoke to us that this year and even the month of January was going to bring "surprises".  And that this year would be an Ephesians 3:20 kind of year for us and for many others!  We feel God spoke to us a huge, out of left field "surprise" in January.  I can't tell you yet, well, because it's a surprise!!  Ha!

Since January, God has been speaking lots of pretty amazing things to us and prophetic words have been coming out of every direction - to us directly and indirectly confirming over and over!  It's completely mind boggling.  (Maybe God thinks we need to hear these things repeatedly so we will be obedient or maybe because it's a huge big deal).  Either way, it's kind of fun, day after day hearing confirmation after confirmation.

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. John 10:27

One of the things we heard in January, was to "spring clean" because in the Spring, there would be a shift.  That meant going through all our belongings that we've been storing in someone's basement here and determining what to keep, sell or giveaway.  I can happily report we are at the 99% mark of all that.  We are donating a big chunk to a local ministry here, giving some to people in need and we sold the rest over a 3 day garage sale.  Whoohoo!  That was work and we are excited to be on this end of it!  Well, I believe because of our obedience, God began to speak some more incredible things to us.  If you know me, you know I am always asking God for a date, the when of when things will happen.  And if I heard correctly, He gave me a date.  I'm going to go out on a very narrow limb and risk big time to share it with YOU!!  Let me kind of explain how it all came about.

The Lord said a shift in Spring.

The Lord gave me 2 words to describe SPRING to me -

   - Springboard which means - a point of departure, helps you start an activity or process.

-Launch which means - bring into being, catapult, send off.

We were watching a movie - The Redemption of Henry Myers.  At the very end, one of the characters said, God is good!  Tears welled in my eyes and joy flooded my spirit.  Before I could even form the question I had for God in my mouth on WHEN, I heard 3/20!

3/12 is the date we "spring forward" with daylight savings time.
3/20 is the FIRST DAY OF SPRING this year.  Do you remember the Scripture passage He gave us in January, Ephesians 3:20???  Coincidence?

In Church Sunday, a song I've heard a thousand times (or close to) brought me to tears.  Tears of joy!  Holy Spirit tears!  The words moved in my spirt, my heart, a sense that our hearts desires were coming forth.  That we would be celebrating very soon!  Here are the lyrics that jumped out... (only a portion of lyrics showing).

Never Once by Matt Redmon

Standing on this mountaintop
Looking just how far we've come
Knowing that for every step
You were with us

Kneeling on this battle ground
Seeing just how much You've done
Knowing every victory
Was Your power in us

Scars and struggles on the way
But with joy our hearts can say
Never once did we ever walk alone
Carried by Your constant grace
Held within Your perfect peace
Never once, no, we never walk alone

Every step we are breathing in Your grace
Evermore we'll be breathing out Your praise
You are faithful, God, You are faithful
You are faithful, God, You are faithful
You are faithful, God, You are faithful
Your are, You are faithful, God, You are faithful

Earlier this week, we went and saw The Shack (it was excellent and God really brought me some great healing in understanding His character and love for me).  But what I want to share is that there was a movie preview beforehand.  I wasn't really paying attention to the actual preview (enjoying my popcorn) but the last 2 sentences they said in the preview was screaming at me: This is your DESTINY and NOW is the TIME!!  Prophetic Confirmation!!!!!

Again, in my quiet time, I heard the Lord say out of the blue, look up the Hebraic month for March and read what it means:  It's Adar!  Adar means - pregnant with meaning, joyfulness reigns, joy increased, festivity & this one really grabbed my attention.....no evil can affect YOUR BLESSING!

And then a Scripture jumped off the page in my devotional reading that same morning:

So now, O Lord, may the promise you made about your servant and his family become a permanent reality! Do as you promised, so it may become a reality and you may gain lasting fame, as people say, ‘The Lord who commands armies is the God of Israel.’
David’s dynasty will be established before you. 1 Chronicles 17:23-24.

I don't know about you, but Ken & I are so excited, we're about to burst!  I felt that God wanted me to share this much with you - but not ready for the rest.  He has his reasons, I suppose!

We walk by faith, not by sight! 2 Corinthians 5:7

You have been faithful friends, prayer warriors, support and more to us!  We could not of made it this far without you.  Would you please please agree with us in prayer that what we feel we are hearing, is God's will be done and that it will come to pass - maybe even between 3/12 & 3/20 THIS YEAR!

God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us. Ephesians 3:20

Prayer needs:  Please pray for us - grace... we feel Canyon's days are numbered.  He's such a trooper.  15 1/2 years old.

Ken - his hours at Dollar General are cut way back again.
Me - sleep, healing.

If you have been blessed by this ministry or feel led to support what God is doing through us - financially, below are a few options.  Your generosity and your prayer support is greatly appreciated and needed as we continue to walk in faith and God's calling.

Vision
God has given us a vision to build a retreat property along with ministry equipping center.
The retreat portion of our ministry is to provide a safe place for pastors, lay leaders & other ministry folks to come and be refreshed & encouraged through prophetic ministry (if wanted).  We will offer private cabins with kitchens & full bathrooms, and plenty of places to roam on the property to get quiet with the Lord.
We will offer other specialty retreats - marriage, healing, prophetic teaching & activating people into the world & health and wellness retreats and more.

The Lord has graced us with the desire to come alongside the Church - to bring healing, deliverance & freedom to new/newer believers.  We are not wanting to replace their church, but better help them be ready to serve in their church.
In our community building - we will eventually have a 24/7 prayer room, healing & prophetic rooms and a place for community worship services for those on the property.

Our passion is to minister to a lost & hurting world.   To equip the saints to do the same and to be a blessing to our community and surrounding areas.  Our hopes are that we can pour out God's love in a mighty way to bring more and more souls into the Kingdom, get them discipled, called into their purpose & destiny and released to do God's business!!!!  We also have a passion to give generously to help those in need and to help others launch into their God given destinies.

Give Up? Two Things That God Promises!

Give Up? Two Things That God Promises!

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Romans 12:12

Have you ever felt discouraged, ready to give up or throw in the towel?  Have you ever felt hedged in - you can't move
forward or backwards or side to side?  Feeling stuck?  Maybe God forgot about you?

Am I discouraged, Yes!  Am I ready to give up, Yes!  Am I ready to throw in the towel, Yes!  Do I feel hedged in & stuck, YES!!!.  Did God forget about me, no....but.......

Why?  It is very hard to wait on God for something He has promised you?  Have you felt that way? Maybe it's just me.  My waiting is two fold.

1. Last week Ken and I sat down and really prayed and pressed into the Lord to see if maybe we have just missed the mark.  We put out a fleece of sorts asking God to either confirm the vision He gave us for Sonlit Fields, whether it was a now thing (meaning soon) or was it meant for down the road?  Either way, we need some peace.

We did this same kind of fleece years ago when we felt like God was telling us we were going back to Peru.  We just didn't know when.  Within a week, the Lord confirmed we were going to Peru, but at a later time.  That brought us much peace.  Ok, back to Sonlit Fields..... is it for now or is it for a later time.  The answer might of came that evening.  We had pastor friends over for a meal.  Later that evening, without them having any knowledge of our prayer time earlier, they spoke some incredibly specific words that firmed things up in our spirits.  These words God has spoken to us individually, together and even several times through others in the past year. I won't tell you what they are, because that's how much clout they carry!  We feel those words were confirmation that Sonlit Fields is a now thing......but how in the world is He going to pull it off?  This is an estimated $10 million dollar project..... the other day in my quiet time, He told me that not only does He own a cattle on a thousand hills, He owns ALL the cattle on EVERY hill.  That's great...so I asked when He was going to sell a few and send the provision our way?  Ha!

The hedged in part, well it's kind of humiliating.....We are out of the proceeds from selling our house 2 1/2 years ago.  We were using that to supplement the income we have.    There are no jobs here that can support us.  Our income is below the poverty limits.  Years ago, the Lord spoke to us through a Generous Giving Bible Study, to create a budget we could live off of and anything above it would go into our Donor Fund and then dispersed to Kingdom ministries.  Moving to El Dorado Springs has taught us that we can live off even less.  Interesting way to learn that lesson....  We can't move back to KC  and find jobs because we couldn't afford truck rentals and rentals would be even higher.  We are kind of forced to stay here and TRUST GOD for our daily provision.  He is faithful, but I have to tell you it's a very hard walk to walk.  We are now going to apply for food stamps. I hate to be dependent on the government for anything, but it may be God's way to help us get by for awhile.  Now I'm not saying this to have you feel sorry for us, but to be authentic that the struggle to follow Jesus and His way....is real....it's hard....and it's also a way for us to be more dependent on Him for everything.  How can we help others walk through difficulties if we haven't walked through them ourselves.  But....we are stuck!! Stuck in the center of God's will.

2.  When I first got saved, one of my first prayers was that if God healed me of my migraines, I would speak in front of a crowd the size of Chief's stadium. Immediately, I heard His voice say, "start practicing".... and then this Scripture popped in my head...Malachai 4:2-3 But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves. Then you will trample on the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I act,” says the LordAlmighty.  Years later after going through all the health troubles I have, the Lord said He would heal ALL my issues.  And in order to do what He's calling us to do, that is for sure a needed blessing!  Yet, I'm not healed and I there are so many things afflicting me....for lack of a better term.  I weary and am ready to be whole again!

So why the delay?  Why the continued ongoing wait?  Why is it that I can be used of the Lord to bring INSTANT healing to them but after 100's if not 1000's have prayed for me and seen no immediate results?

I read a blog today that parts of it just hit me smack in the face. It's not very long, so please read it and then come back...  http://www.caseydoss.com/instagram-is-a-lie/.  Thankfully, I'm not the only one who gets hit with discouragement.
What are two things that God promises.....
1.  He will sustain YOU!!  Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. Psalm 55:22

2.  HE will provide for YOU! He tells us: “How much more shall your Father who is in heaven give good things to them that ask Him?  Matthew 7:11
Will we give up, NO, the Lord willing.  Will we throw in the towel, NO, the Lord willing! We will get through this with God's grace and unfailing love.  He never promises us an easy life...but He does promise He will see us through.
It is God who arms me with strength, And makes my way perfect. Psalm 18:32

Book Information
Would you be interested in helping me with this book?  If so email michele@wantinsight.com, a story or two - maybe a paragraph or two - or a page if needed.... answering one or more of these questions: They can be serious, funny or even radical stories of faith. If you send me something, please also indicate your permission for me to use and publish. (I will not use last names only 1st & last initial to keep confidential) so be brutally honest - even if it's hard.  I cannot guarantee every story will get in the book, but I will be incorporating as many as I can.  The Lord willing!

1. What is one thing you wished you knew when you first became a follower of Jesus Christ.
2. What is something you prayed for that God answered in an unexpected way? (serious or funny or quite radical)
3. What is one thing you wished you never prayed for???
If you could have these stories to me within the next 30-60 days, that would be great.  I am inserting them as I write, so sooner vs later.

Thank you so much in advance for those wanting to help the story.  I've already received quite a few and am excited to weave this in.

Update/Prayer Requests

-Please pray for Sonlit Fields & our Thursday Night Meetings. Pray God brings who He wants.... teaching, equipping, activating & releasing.
-Please continue to pray that God will bring the provision for the vision.....Sonlit Fields Retreat, Ministry & Equipping Hub.  We are estimating a need of $10 million to buy property, land surrounding the property, build & furnish.
-Please pray for daily needs to be met.  We are far below our needed income with no ability to find additional work and to earn what we need.  Ken is getting a few extra hours as a guy quit recently.  Thankful for that.
-Please pray for Ken - he is still part time at Dollar General - it's hard physical work and he is quite exhausted with little energy leftover.  Please pray for his health stamina!
-Please pray for my health. The headaches are back. Not sure why... but I am believing and decreeing that I have been healed!  My right knee range of motion is getting less and less mobile...hard to get in & out of car, etc.
-Please pray for our 2 dogs, both are getting old - Canyon is 14 1/2 & Blazer 12 1/2.  Canyon has been losing strength in his hind legs and has been falling quite a bit.. and not eating much.  Blazer has a cataract in one eye and is having a hard time seeing things as well as not eating as much.  He is losing a lot of weight.  For dog lovers you know how hard this is to watch.

and THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR PRAYING.  WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE SO MANY COVERING US!

PRAISE REPORT - I am thankful that God is giving me the mental energy & motivation to write these books.  Still thanking God often for the new computer.  It is serving me well and it's been fun learning and will keep learning new programs, etc.

I Hear Voices! Do You? 2 Reasons to Pay Attention to the Voice You Hear!

I Hear Voices! Do You? 2 Reasons to Pay Attention to the Voice You Hear!

About Us
Upcoming Events

Have you ever had an intersecting thought?  Like, you're driving down the road bopping to the music on the radio and then suddenly your thinking about someone you know?  Have you been in line unloading your cart of groceries and a wild thought comes through your head, you hear; pay for the person's groceries behind you?  Or maybe you're in your church services and you have this unusual urge to pray for the person sitting in front of you.

Are any of these things you have experienced?  I'm pretty sure most of us have.  Do you think that this is just your thoughts or imagination, or could you believe that it might be God speaking to you?

When I first got saved.  I mean like within a month or so.  We were at Homer's Coffee Shop.  We went to see Mission Blues, a great Christian band play.  The place was packed.  Everyone was enjoying the music as was apparent by the heads bopping.  Suddenly, I had this overwhelming feeling of sadness and my head swiftly turned towards this couple.  I noticed immediately that they were not bopping to the music.  Matter of fact, they looked quite downtrodden.  I heard this voice tell me to go pray for them.  I knew it was God in my spirit, but I had know idea that God, at that time in my walk, would even speak to me.  I carried on this conversation in my head.  I said God, I don't even know how to pray.  I only know one Scripture.  What would I say?  And again, I heard this small still voice, gently say, please go pray for those people.  It took everything I could to muster up the courage but I did when the band took a break.  I approached the couple and said I feel the Lord wants me to pray for you, would that be ok?  They nodded their heads, barely lifting them up to see me.  My heart was just breaking literally for the pain they must of been going through that I was feeling.  I began to pray and I was sooooo nervous.  I don't really remember what I prayed, except the one Scripture verse I knew just came out of my mouth.  I hadn't planned to say it, it just literally came out like someone took over my speech.  I noticed tears streaming down both of their faces.  I began to freak out, thinking I said something that hurt them.  After I finished praying, they looked up at me, grabbed my hands and said "You are an angel, sent by God.  What you prayed for us, was exactly the words we needed to hear".   Their countenance had changed from sadness to hope.  Now, I don't really believe they meant I was a "literal" angel, but God used me to speak to them in a time of need.  It brought them comfort and encouraged their hearts.  It was such an amazing feeling..... and one that set my heart desiring more  experiences like this.

What do you think - was God speaking to me?  Or was it just a coincidence?  I don't believe in coincidences.

1 Corinthians 14:3 But the one who prophesies speaks to people
strengthens others, encourages them and comforts them.

I felt led to share this blog with two purposes in mind -

1.  To help those who don't think it's possible to hear God's voice or second guess "the voice"?
2.  To understand why it is so important to pay attention, hear and act on the voice of God?

First of all, if you are a born-again believer - you do hear God's voice.  You might not be able to recognize it or it might come in a little fuzzy, but there is no doubt that you can hear His voice.

John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow Me.

Do you read the Bible?  Does a verse "jump out at you", speak to your heart or comfort you in the circumstances you're going through?  Then you hear God!  Same is true for reading a devotional or listening to a song on the radio?  Did it help you find an answer to something you were needing guidance on?  Then you hear God!  Have you ever called a friend of yours at what was the perfect time and said something that just made their day?  Then you hear God!  What about driving down the road, you felt prompted to turn right and go a different route, just to find out you missed a huge accident?  Then you hear God!

Another term for "hearing God" is prophecy.  That's kind of a big word for some and can be scary for the skeptic or those who have seen the gift abused.  But in reality, if it's done with a true heart in love, it's a beautiful thing.  Some denominations freak out over the word and don't believe in it, because they feel the "gifts" were only available in Jesus' day.  That's so sad!  If it weren't for prophecy or for others hearing God's voice on my behalf, I'm not sure where I would be at in my walk.  I have been encouraged, strengthened, blessed beyond measure and confirmed many times of my purpose, call and destiny through this gift!  What a shame not to use or to believe in it!  Those folks are missing out!

Secondly, it is important to pay attention, hear and act on the voice of God!  Why?  I'm glad you asked!

There are many, many people in the Body of Christ who are struggling, feel beaten up and are about ready to give up on God!  Are you one of them?  We need to be seeking the Lord on a daily basis, asking Him to show us who, what, where and how to minister to someone in need.  If we are paying attention to this voice, willing to hear and act on it, He will use us in mighty ways to bless others or even lead someone to the Lord.  And one big obvious way God speaks is through His Word - if you read the Word, you know His heart - you don't have to even "hear" a voice in your head.  Just go do it!

Matthew 25 And the king will answer them, ‘Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me. Then he will say to those at his left hand, ‘You that are accursed, depart from me into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels;  for I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,  I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not give me clothing, sick and in prison and you did not visit me. Then they also will answer, ‘Lord, when was it that we saw you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not take care of you?  Then he will answer them, ‘Truly I tell you, just as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me. And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Story:
I remember one day, Ken and I were driving down the road and I hear the Lord say, go to Maya's for lunch (they are no longer open, phooey).  I told Ken what I heard and he wasn't in the mood for mexican but he said ok.  It was the lunch hour and typically this place is busy.  I think we were the only table in the restaurant when we arrived at 11:30.  The waitress approached us & took our order.  After she walked away, Ken said I think we're to pray for her.  I sensed that too.  So, when she brought us our food, I said to her, we are going to pray a blessing over our food, is there anything that you would like prayer for?  She asked if it was ok for her to sit down with us and join us for the prayer and she shared a few things that she was going through.  Ken opened the prayer and said a few things the Lord was revealing to him and then I joined in with what I was hearing for her.  Tears began to flow down her cheeks.  When we were done praying, she said thank you, was amazed and a bit embarrassed by her tears and so she left the table while we ate.   Later she returned to the table and sat down again next to me like we were old friends.  I felt a little prompting to talk with her about a relationship with God.  And one thing led to another, and right there in our booth, we led her to the Lord.  And seriously, there were no other tables that came in UNTIL we were leaving.  We got to see her and do some mentoring with her for a few months until the restaurant closed.  How cool is that!

Often as believers (and pre-believers alike) we cry out to God and say if you are real show me,  or if you truly are my provider, then help me?  Maybe we ask God to help us believe for a healing.

What if God spoke to YOU to be a blessing to that person crying out, maybe take them some food because you know their finances are tight, or even give them some cash or pay a bill of theirs? Would you do it?  What if God asked you to pray for someone who was sick or disabled? Would you do it?  What if God asked you to pray for a total stranger and lead them to the Lord?  Would you do it?

found on google corybritt.com
What IF you chose NOT to do it - for whatever reason - (no condemnation) you were afraid, you second guessed yourself, you got cold feet, you dismissed the thought because you were too busy?  What IF you were the ONE God was going to use to bring them hope, relief, healing and proof of His existence!  What IF because their prayers didn't get answered, they gave up on God completely!

I remember a friend of mine, Joni Ames, shared a story one time...she was at Morning Star Church in Fort Mills, SC and everyone was giving words to others as part of an activation.  Long story short, she kept hearing tell this lady "God loves you".  That's all she was getting.  (for those who don't know Joni, she is a mother in the prophetic and travels the country teaching and activating the prophetic gift - she has been a huge blessing to us and the 1000's who have come to our meetings when we host her for the past 7 years)..  Anyways, she shared with the lady that God loved her and the lady fell down and started crying...and crying....and crying...  and Joni said I just said "God loves you"... and the lady waled again.  A little time later, the lady got up and said to Joni,  I was praying on the way here as I was crossing the bridge over the river, I told God that if He didn't tell me He loved me tonight, I was going to drive my car off this bridge on the way home!   Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not trying to make anyone feel guilty, because we all have missed the mark at one time or another (of course, me included).  Matter of fact, I got chicken a few weeks ago because someone came up to us at church for prayer, the Lord showed me something very specific but I didn't share it.  I came up with my own two little words that were vague.  I don't know exactly why I chickened out except that I was afraid that what I heard could really of made of a major shift in their lives.  I didn't know how they would react??  Well, just this past weekend, they made an announcement.....and guess what it was the exact thing I had heard!  OMG!

Here's a quick testimony from Caron: The Importance of being sensitive in the Spirit for the sake of others:

"This past weekend My family had many things happen all at once, My Son's home was broken into while he was home, thankfully when the robbers saw him they ran off. We had an important meeting to attend 4 hrs from home and our 3 yr old son was sick.

I received 3 random text messages from friends that I don't get to talk to often, one being Michele saying that the Lord had put us on her heart and asked how she could pray for us. All 3 friends said almost the same thing. Between travel, sickness and safety the Lord put us on the hearts of others. How important it is that we capture every thought to lift one another up as in Phil. 1&2, the Holy Spirit alerted them on our behalf, upping our prayer support when we needed it. In times like these I wonder the importance of LISTENing for the sake of others and how our obedience to pray for one another can and I'm sure does, save lives. I am so thankful to the Saints that have stood with us in prayer and have been alerted on our behalf."

The point I'm trying to make is that we ALL need each other! We all need to know that God loves us and hears our prayers.  We are in, and we are coming into some very precarious times in the world.  It is going to be critical to our well being and the well being of others, that we learn how to fine tune our ability to hear God's voice, discern the next steps and be obedient immediately.

Isaiah 30:21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left,
your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it."

Ken and I are scheduling our next "treasure" hunt.  This is where we gather a few folks, we pray and ask the Lord to reveal clues - where to go, who to pray for and how to pray for them when we find them.  (They are God's treasures).   If you are interested in going on a treasure hunt with us, email us at michele@wantinsight.com.  Treasure hunting is a way we use to be intentional about showing the love of Christ to others.  It's a way to "practice" hearing Gods voice and act on it in a safe and informal environment.  We have had long time Christians go on these and are blown away by how God speaks!
So if you want to have some super fun, challenging and most of all a rewarding time, email me!
As you refresh others, you too will be refreshed!  Proverbs 11:25

Indifference makes an excuse, but love finds a way."

HELP!!!!  PLEASE!
MY PHONE CRASHED & I LOST ALL MY PHONE CONTACTS.  Would you please please email me your contact information!   Pretty please!!

If you have been blessed by this ministry or feel led to support what we are doing financially, below are a few options.  Your generosity and your prayer support is greatly appreciated and needed as we continue to walk in faith and God's calling.

About us:

Ministry -
Ken and I love to pray for folks who need a touch from the Lord - with words of encouragement, words of knowledge and a healing touch.  If you are someone in need, please let us know.  We also have a passion to activate and influence believers to walk in radical obedience to a fun and wonderful God!  There is just nothing like it!

If you are interested in Ken and I coming to minister to you, your small group or church, or go on a "treasurehunt" with us, please give us a call or email.  We would be delighted to!

Prayer requests:
We have our house on the market for sale!  Please pray God will bring the right buyer soon, if He wants us to move.... and a new place to live.  No income makes it a bit hard to qualify for renting or buying?  Looking forward to seeing God work this out!

Pray for provision - we sold Ken's truck, and some furniture pieces and are continuing to attempt to sell things so we can pay our bills.  Ken had work for a few weeks that we are thankful for and are still seeking God on what to do in the interim to us moving full steam in "Chaplain" work (but needing Michele's health to be restored)

Pray for Michele's health - still no changes in physical energy levels and pain levels continue to be high.  The adrenals have been extremely exhausted and even headed towards crisis several times over the last few months.

Business -
Our LLC is official - Want InSight Chaplain Services.  God has brought us a business coach to help us and we are excited to see how that goes.  We still have many things that need to be done, logo design, website, etc.... waiting on God to provide the resources and further direction.

In the meantime,  would you please help us?  Do you know of an employer who often experiences high absenteeism due to the employees having personal issues?  Or maybe has little employee engagement due to struggles on or off the job?  We can help with that.
We are looking for companies who truly care about their employees and want to offer a business enrichment program that can increase productivity, improve employee and employer morale and provide a safe and emotionally health work environment.  If you know of someone who may be interested, would you be willing to give us an introduction?    We are determined and blessed to have this opportunity to create a cultural change in the workplace!

God Bless YOU -
